We’re looking for an organised and outgoing individual to join an award-winning boatbuilder on the south coast in a role as Aftersales Co-Ordinator 

A busy boatyard employing upwards of 120 staff to design and build luxury watercraft delivered to a global customer base, this busy brand are keen to reinforce their aftersales department with a co-ordinator to back up the Aftersales Manager and team of engineers tasked with travelling the world to maintain their operational fleet

Reporting into the Aftersales Manager, the role will see you fulfil the following duties;

– Being the first point of contact for incoming warranty and aftersales queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory turn around to queires

– Tracking and detailing parts order requests and supply or replacement items

– Preparing costs and quotes for parts and services

– Working with internal departments to make parts and service improvements

– Logistics and labour planning

– Arranging and co-ordinating engineer travel

For this role we are ideally seeking someone who has fulfilled a similar role in aftersales who is used to working with various internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and find the ideal outcome to every situation. Someone with ERP experience and exposure to international logistics would also be of strong interest. Aside all else you will need to be confident, outgoing and highly organised, capable of working tireless to find the perfect solution
