Carpentry Manager

This is a permanent opportunity to join a world-leading company that produces, high-end and high-performance, carbon fibre sailing yachts. 

You will be joining a dedicated team that design, manufacture, test and deliver boats worldwide.

Everything is developed on-site by an incredible team of people who are passionate about the product/brand.  

To succeed in the role, you will be a natural leader of people with the technical knowledge and experience to lead from the front. 

You will be managing teams of people across interior carpentry and contribute to the interior design of the yachts. 

Also, you will help train new members of staff and develop a strong team of skilled people all focused on building the best quality boats possible.  

As this is a permanent position in France, we do require applicants to have the right to live and work in the EU.
