Are you a serial networker with an extensive network of Captains, yards and Owners Reps?
We’re working with a brand that are well known in the world of yacht painting, with a strong level of expertise when it comes to inspection and quality control. With the team having built their careers as Painters and Project Managers, they have a keen eye for detail and are able to work on behalf of an owner’s team to ensure that paint works meet an exacting level of requirements and wont lead to premature failure or warranty concerns. An already established brand, they are now looking to embark on a much bigger growth strategy through the hiring of a Sales Manager to further improve awareness of their services.
A role that is very much remote based, you will be tasked with delving into your network and building both brand awareness and sales across the new build and refit network. Using your business development expertise, you’ll be able to sell on the benefits of using the brand’s services throughout a project and also be able to sell on their secondary maintenance and service program. You will be targeted on the sale of new projects and be well rewarded through a great salary and commission scheme, alongside fully expensed travel.
For this role, we’re seeking a strong networker, a capable individual who can see the value in paint inspection and is able to sell a service effectively. No prior experience of paint is required, however a reasonable understanding of yachtbuilding and refit alongside a deep network will be essential.
