Engineering Office Manager

The perfect candidate would have around 10 years industry experience, expert-level knowledge of sector technology as well as, steel/aluminium construction and outfitting. Whilst having 3D modeling software knowledge, preferably NUPAS-Cadmatic and Rhino.

Having the ability to manage the engineering and design scope, schedule, and quality in accordance with the building contract and shipyard requirements is also a must. Strong management abilities to efficiently lead the design and engineering team and be able to manage the requirements of the projects in accordance with the regulations of the Class and Flag Authority.

  Attention to detail,
  Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges,
  Organizational, planning, and documentation skills,
  Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders,
  Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously,
  Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus,
  Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines,
