SYR have recently partnered with a leading brand in the world of luxury maritime interiors who seek a mid-weight FF&E Designer. With a history of working on some incredible projects in the world of cruise and luxury yacht design, this award-winning brand are growing to keep up with demand.
Within the role of FF&E Designer you will be joining the client from the start of their journey, attending meetings with a variety of stakeholders to understand the clients brief and to build a picture of their intended furnishing style. Taking their ideas, you will research the market to design and build mood boards and presentations to encapsulate their ideas and present to them for approval. Once approved, you will work with the internal team and a wide range of suppliers to procure items throughout the project and to meet and exceed clients expectations.
As an individual you will have gained a minimum of three years in a similar role, designing and specifying FF&E within the hotel, residential or yacht sectors. You will possess a strong knowledge of the FF&E Market and a creative eye to be able to build your clients vision and to create something stunning. With a solid knowledge of CAD packages, you can present and explain your projects internally and externally and confident work as part of a team to see each project to completion.
