Head of Yacht Management

Leading the Yact Management team in Athens, Greece, you’ll be responsible for managing the department and focussing on providing a first class service to clients.

You’ll have on board epxerience as a HOD but will have already moved ashore to continue your career. With 5 yacht managers, 1 crew placement advisor and 1 yach accountant reporting to you, you’ll have prior experience in leading and managing teams amd brigning structure and a process driven approach to client services. You’ll have strong vessel technical and operational experience, be a creative thinker who speaks fluent Greek and comfortable working with UHNWIs.

The company is an internationally recognised management company with several offices in Europe and the US, with a well established presence in the Greek yachting market. Due to growth in the fleet the company are looking to develop the management offering from their Athens office and this is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated and succesful team through the next stage of growth.

Candidates must be located in Athens, speaking fluent Greek with the right to live/work in the EU.
