With a strong reputation within the market and having built an unrivalled database and host of in-house marketing and sales tools, they have enjoyed continued success in the highly competitive brokerage market. 

With representation of a number of brands across the power and sail sectors, they are a mighty force within the yachting world and represent a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Broker to achieve some big sales volumes. 

As an Independent Broker, you will have the luxury and flexibility of working from home/home office, but with the support of a great brand, with benefits to include:

– Access to shipyard brands for new sales, which includes stock vessels.

– An ability to sell from used stock and to take part exchange vessels against new orders.

– Access to a CRM system populated with a huge contact list and with a host of tools at your disposal for client tracking.

– The ability to offer marine finance through FCA approved lenders.

– An opportunity to attend a host of international yacht shows (costs covered by the brokerage).

– Excellent commission and payment terms.

You’ll be joining a brand that consists of a mixture of offices/employed brokers and also other independent individuals. As an independent you will receive commissions on all sales, with an attractive rate offered and commissions paid both at contract signature and at stage payment. To date, independents have comfortably earned in excess of £100,000 per year with the most successful achieving north of £250,000. Commissions are completely uncapped and your access to stock is very much unlimited.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be able to prove a solid background as a Yacht Broker, with 3+ years selling motor or sailing craft into either UK or international markets. You will bring your own existing contact book but also have access to an existing client database and be able to show a clear ability to generate and convert leads into sales. An excellent face to face ability is paramount, as is an interest and willingness to promote the brand at events both locally and internationally
