Do you have experience in sourcing and selection of FF&E or OS&E for the luxury sector?
A london-based brand are seeking an individual to take on a role as Project Manager to work with their luxury yacht clients.
Working on behalf of yachts from 30-100m+ this international brand have supported some incredible projects, sourcing a wide range of owner supply items, ranging from one-offs to high volume items, with a direction to source unique and expensive items for the owners individual tastes. As one of the leaders in their field they have grown organically since their inception and are now needing to continue their growth trajectory to keep up with demand.
As a Project Manager you will hold a multifaceted role that will see you work with both internal and external stakeholders across a number of duties:
– Working with owners teams to gather the OS&E listings
– Through your existing network, known how and where to source the items required
– Negotiate, order and confirm delivery information for items on your assigned projects
– Work with internal teams to confirm payments
– Ensure timely delivery of items to the yacht to fit the needs of the build/refit
– Pre-delivery visits to confirm client acceptance
This is an exciting role that will suit someone with experience of sourcing within the luxury yacht or residential world. With a passion for the unique and exciting, you will have built and developed a strong network of suppliers and be confident in sourcing items from a wide variety of sources. As an individual you will be confident to work with owners, captains and more from an external perspective and support your colleagues internally
