Yacht Manager

Based in new offices in Ft Lauderdale, you’ll have both seagoing and shoreside experience in a similar role within the yachting industry. The position requires oversight of the daily operations, crew and client relationships for a fleet of managed yachts. You’ll manage the compliance and regulatory requirements, audits and yacht inspections. Financial acumen is required and you will prepare operational and financial reports including budgeting and forecasting. A mature outlook is requred as a vital element of the role is managing relationships with stakeholders; owners, Captains and crew.

You’ll posses excellent administration skills and verbal communication skills with a good working knowledge of maritime rules and regulations such as IMO, MLC, SOLAS, ISM/ISPS etc.
