Yacht Manager

An exceptional management company is seeking an experienced yacht manager for it’s Monaco office.

You’ll manage a fleet of between 3 to 5 vessels with overall operational responsibility for each. Strong knowledge around safety and compliance, class and flag and vessels ops is required, along with the ability to build and grow great relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, including Captains, Crew, Owner Reps and more.

Existing yacht management experience is preferred, although onboard HODs looking to take their first role ashore will also be considered. Additionally, existing YMAs looking to take their next career step are invited to apply.

Based out of the client offices in Monaco, this is a hybrid role combining office work, remote work and travel, so applicants will need to be in commutable distance to Monaco and have the right to live/work in MC.
