Yacht Operations Manager

I’m delighted to present this unique opportunity in Saudi Arabia; an exciting and emerging market for international yachting.

The client represents a fleet of yachts cruising and chartering around the Red Sea and are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to shape and lead the next phase of growth. As part of the leadership team, you’ll be involved in structuring the operational portfolio and spearheading the delivery of a new suite of managed services covering vessel operations, compliance, charter/FO and technical support.

Key Skills / Experience includes –

• Direct experience in yacht management
• Thorough understanding of the charter market/model
• Appreciation of/prior experience in fractional ownership models
• Working knowledge of technical support
• Client Management/HWNI

As an industry all-rounder, your experience and management skills will be a key component in the overall management and operational planning for future growth. With 12-month cruising available across the Red Sea, this is a fantastic opportunity to build the business model and promote the early-adopter fractional ownership model in KSA.

The role will be based in Jeddah, with the client offering relocation support and necessary permits and visas. The overall package is negotiable DOE, with a generous budget available to secure the right candidate.
