We have an exciting new opportunity with one of yachting’s coolest adventure brands.

Responsible for charters, including developing and managing new business and partnerships to support the group marketing effort and attain customer acquisition targets and sales objectives. With a natural sales flair, you’ll have the ability to identify new leads, new partnership opportunities and manage inbound enquiries. Attending boat shows, events and other industry related forums, you’ll be happy to travel and engage in networking and client development opportunities to grow the brand and sales funnels.

A background in the yacht industry is essential, and a minimum of three years’ experience in retail charter is required. You’ll need to demonstrate a track record of revenue generation and achieving targets, and have a network of established industry contacts.

About You:

  • Experience of 3+ years as a Charter Broker.
  • Experience working within other roles in the yacht industry an advantage.
  • Working within a team.
  • Established network of contacts in the yacht sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of generating revenue and meeting targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccably organised and accurate in execution.
  • Analytical mindset and digital proficiency.
  • Experience of fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside leadership team to create and implement a global yacht charter strategy.
  • Creating and implementing global partnerships alongside marketing efforts to continue to build the company into a global luxury brand.
  • Direct management of existing clients and industry partners to improve lead generation.
  • Responsible for all charter agreements.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships and knowledge of best-in-class yachts worldwide.
  • Attending and representing the company at key industry events.
  • Be a core part of the team further establishing the company presence worldwide.
  • Working with a fast moving, young, dynamic, and highly motivated team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work based qualification.

Candidates will be based in either the south of France or London ideally, although exceptional candidates not in either location will be considered. Candidates are reminded that a min 3+ years’ experience in retail charter is required.
