We have an exciting opportunity to manage the Yacht Marketing department at an international charter and adventure company.. Working closely with the Director of Yachting you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing Yacht Marketing in multiple territories, establishing and managing the best way to bring the company to the front mind of Owners, Captains and Home Offices for the Management of their yacht. You will have an ability to identify and predict bottlenecks and pinch points and forward plan to solve problems and maintain global growth and momentum.  

To succeed in this role, you will need to be solutions focused and a strategic thinker. A background in a similar role is key and you will need to demonstrate a track record of relevant achievements. Having an established network of industry contacts, along with experience of working in fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation would be beneficial.

Your Experience:

  • 3-years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Established network of contacts in yachting.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting targets and operational success.
  • Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccably organised and accurate in execution.
  • Analytical mindset and digital proficiency.
  • Experience of fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the B2B marketing of the current fleet of yachts available for charter.
  • Maintain accurate records on specs, calendars, finance, and reports on pertinent information.
  • Manage the yachts’ calendars and charter bookings.
  • Liaise with charter retail brokers to maximise charter bookings.
  • Liaise with company marketing department to maximise exposure of the fleet yachts.
  • Provide accurate information and creative marketing materials to charter brokers worldwide.
  • Respond swiftly to all enquiries .
  • Actively prospect new yachts for the fleet.
  • Prepare marketing reports for owners and captains.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • CRM data inputting.

About You:

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills to foster close relations with Captains and Yacht Owners.
  • To build and sustain an exciting fleet of desirable expedition yachts available for charter.
  • To meet or exceed targeted annual revenue levels.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiating skills and attention to detail a must.
  • Have a good overview of the yacht charter market.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
