Let’s start with who we DON’T want for this role…. We’re not looking for someone who thinks ‘we’ve always done it this way’ is the right answer.

We’re seeking ambitious individuals who want to push a business forwards and who are keen to lead a local team to succeed. An individual with a keen eye on quality and delivery, who is used to working with processes and procedures and constantly striving to find ways to improve.

Of course someone with an existing Marina Manager qualification is ideal, however we are not limiting ourselves to such a narrow playing field. We would also be keen to speak with individuals potentially looking to move on from a role such as a Yacht Captain, where service and operations are considered a top priority. You’ll be keen to join an organisation offering the best and want to grow with them. French and English language skills to a high professional standard are essential.

On offer is a competitive salary and bonus incentive plus further fringe benefits. Accommodation is not provided.

We are seeking multiple individuals for this employer, so if you think you’d be an exciting fit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
