The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Marine Carpenter to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of marine-grade materials and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Construct, repair, and install wooden and composite components on a variety of marine vessels.
🔹 Work on interior and exterior boat fittings, cabinetry, decking, and other structural elements.
🔹 Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise execution.
🔹 Utilize hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
🔹 Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, sealing, and varnishing for a high-end aesthetic.
🔹 Collaborate with other marine specialists, including electricians and engineers, to ensure seamless project completion.
🔹 Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as a Marine Carpenter or in a similar role within the marine, yachting, or shipbuilding industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and marine-grade materials.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
✔ Familiarity with working on luxury yachts, motorboats, and commercial vessels (preferred).
✔ A proactive and problem-solving mind set.
