Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a management level marketeer capable of working across a range of marketing duties within a growing and ambitous sailing yacht brand

Based in Northern Europe and with a satellite office in Palma, this brand have enjoyed steady growth and now have around 30 yachts in their operational fleet that span Europe and the US. Due to further growth plans they now seek a talented marketing professional to lead marketing efforts, with the following duties:

– Leadership of a small marketing team across marketing strategy, events, PR, Comms and Social

– Creation of a detailed marketing strategy to further evolve and promote the brand

– Creation of a host of KPIs and measurables to document online presence and brand growth

– Working with internal and external partners to create engaging and exciting marketing ideas and content

– Design and execution of events and stands

– Work across new product launch and market intelligence

In our candidate we seek someone passionate about yachting and life at sea, who can back this up with marketing expertise from either marine or luxury background. An individual who is creative and keeps abreast of marketing trends and developments

The role will see you based predominantly in Palma de Mallorca, but with regular travel to locations across Europe and the US to execute projects.
