Are you a capable Administrator, PA and Bookkeeper keen to work with a thriving small business in the luxury yachting sector?

Our customer are a small business who pack a big punch! Designing and building luxury watercraft for their customers, they have many years’ experience in working with the super rich and continue to stake their claim as a force to be reckoned with in their field. 

As the business grows, they find themselves needing to expand their back office team and are looking to hire a PA/Bookkeeper to join them, supporting the business owner and work with suppliers and customers when it comes to keeping on top of invoices and payments. A mixed role, your day to day will include the following:

– PA support to the business owner, planning and scheduling diaries and travel, managing inboxes and receiving incoming calls.

– General bookkeeping duties – receiving and paying bills, sending invoices, managing expenses.

– Office administration – ordering consumables, ensuring a clean and tidy environment, handling internal requests.

– Planning international travel and events attendance, booking meetings, note-taking.

As an individual, you’ll bring a bright and personable demeanour and a versatile and organised attitude. You’ll have previous experience in a small business as a PA and also be adept at the use of SAGE accounting software for basic bookkeeping duties. The role will see you almost exclusively office based in Hampshire, however on rare occasions there may also be a need for international travel.
