Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving yacht sales by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders, and delivering a personalized client experience aligned with the brand. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence and contributing to the continued success of the client’s luxury fleet.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and international brokers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual client presentations, shipyard tours, and yacht showings.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales of custom-built catamarans (both sailing and power).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, boat shows, and promotional events.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into production-ready specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
  • Attend international yacht shows and industry events (e.g., Cannes Yachting Festival, Monaco Yacht Show).
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction from first contact through post-delivery.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury yacht sales or high-end luxury goods.
  • Strong network within the yachting or UHNW clientele sectors.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including weekends during events.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury yacht market and customer experience expectations.
  • Passion for yachting and familiarity with products is preferred.
