Senior Project Manager

SYR are working with one of the worlds most revered luxury interior design studios based in Nice, France. With a history of designing some of the most incredible yacht and residential interiors the studio has enjoyed strong and continued growth to the point that they now need to expand their team with the hiring of a Senior Project Manager

A role that will see you tasked with leading multiple high level projects, the Senior Project Manager will be required to fulfil the following duties:

• Full end to end project oversight, acting as the conduit between client, studio and subcontractor
• Planning, budgeting and overall quality control throughout the build process
• Selection of suppliers and subcontractors
• Management of change requests and project troubleshooting
• Input into all aspects of the process, from design to execution
• Risk and Crisis mitigation

 

Our ideal candidate will come from an educational background in architecture or design and be able to exhibit a career spent designing and project managing luxury residential or yachting builds. You’ll be a confident negotiator with the ability to work with the UHNW client but also to lead and co-ordinate your colleagues to successful completion of a project.
