A highly regarded and leading industry brokerage house is seeking an established, Senior Yacht Broker to lead its vessel sales operation in the Asia Pacific region.

With a territory covering Asia, Australia and New Zealand, these emerging markets are among the fastest developing regions for new vessel sales and ownership, and this is a very special opportunity to spearhead this growth with the backing of an internationally renowned brokerage house. Basing yourself in Phuket, Thailand, you’ll manage the end to end sales cycle with full marketing support. Securing new listings, developing new client relationships and accessing the existing database of clients and owners, you’ll have everything you need to develop a sales pipeline throughout the territories.

The ideal candidate will have considerable yacht brokerage experience on their CV. You’ll already be an established Broker with around 10 years of experience and circa 50 deals behind you, and this role would suit a Broker looking for a new challenge and keen to move away from the Med or US markets. 

Relocation support is provided by the client with assistance on work permits, visas and accommodation. 

The package includes a six-figure base salary USD + commission scheme and benefits.
