Superyacht Marina Manager

Are you an experienced marina manager with an interest in working with a growing marina in the Caribbean?

We’re seeking a confident and established marina professional with a history of working in the superyacht sector to join a facility that is on the up. With capability to take yachts up to and over 100m and with a host of on-site facilities available, the marina is fast becoming a key Caribbean location for the ultra wealthy. 

As Marina Manager you will work closely with the executive team to drive occupancy and income to the facility and work with them on a host of development projects aimed at making the facility one of the best in the region. A hands-on individual, you will be the interface with captains, crews and owners showing a clear ability to nurture and grow relationships, encourage return visits and be recommended by your visitors. 

In our marina manager we are seeking someone with experienced as a marina manager, assistant marina manager or operations manager who is keen to get stuck in with the development of the facility and happy to spent a lot of their time with clients, supported by a small on-site team. Due to the facility location we are able to consider individuals of any nationality as Visas will be provided. No experience in the region is necessary
