We’re seeking an accomplished PA to join a household name in yachting, based in Antibes.

A global employer of close to 300 staff across a range of different yachting services, this brand are considered one of the largest and best and continue to lead and innovate in the challenging world of large yachts. A new position has opened up at their facilities in Antibes for a talented PA to support the General Manager for the Antibes and Majorca offices. 

Reporting into the GM, the role will include, but not be limited to the following duties:

– Expert diary management, to ensure that both digital and in person schedules are well planned and clashes are avoided.

– Co-ordination of and submission of expenses to internal accounts.

– Handling of temporary visa applications for travel (though not arranging travel).

– Loading of detailed information and reporting into the internal company CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection and storage.

– Note-taking, presentation preparation and attendance at meetings both on and off site.

– Co-ordination around and attendance at various local and international yacht shows.

Our ideal candidate will have been fulfilling a similar role to support a business owner or senior manager and be confident in taking on a challenging role to support a very busy individual. You’ll be disciplined, astute and with a strong character allowing you to drive the schedule and operations of your line manager. Given the international nature of the business, strong skills in English and French are essential, to conversational level as a minimum. Strong IT skills and excellent listening ability when it comes to taking minutes are also essential. 

Due to the location of the offices and the nature of seasonal rentals, you will need to be located in or around Antibes as securing a rental property during the summer will prove impossible.
