Marine Deck Fitter / Fit out

A well-established boat builder is looking to hire a Marine Deck Fitter / Fit-out Engineer to join their team. 

Working on a range of small craft from superyachts tenders to military boats, the company offer a wide range of options to their customers – so no boat is built the same and this means no build is the same giving employees new challenges in each project. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a wide range of marine fit-out experience from fitting external deck hardware, teak decks and electrical/mechanical fit-out. 

A bit of an all-around boat builder, someone who can help across the entire build process and work to the high standards required in the industry.

You will also get the opportunity to be involved in sea trails – so if you like being out on the water and testing boats in their natural habitat then this is an added bonus to the role. 

There is on-site parking available for employees, a company pension scheme and 41 hours of work per week (mon-fri)
