Position Summary: As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will play a critical role in delivering bespoke yachting experiences for clients seeking luxury yacht charters. This role involves understanding client needs, curating tailored yacht options, negotiating terms, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the charter process. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about the yacht industry, has excellent sales and negotiation skills, and is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences on the water.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact from initial inquiry through post-charter follow-up.
  • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on yacht options, destinations, and itinerary planning.

Yacht Selection and Charter Arrangement

  • Research and select yachts that best fit the client’s requirements, collaborating with yacht owners, captains, and crew.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate charter proposals, contracts, and pricing in alignment with client expectations and company policies.
  • Coordinate charter arrangements, including onboard services, itineraries, crew requests, and other custom requirements.

Market Knowledge and Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, popular yachting destinations, seasonal availability, and yacht fleet changes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of yacht specifications, features, and market pricing to make informed recommendations to clients.
  • Attend industry events, yacht shows, and networking events to establish and grow contacts within the yachting industry.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Actively pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall team revenue goals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for additional services, onboard experiences, and repeat bookings.

Administrative and Legal Compliance

  • Prepare and manage charter contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payment processing, invoicing, and collection in coordination with finance teams.
  • Ensure a seamless and compliant charter process by adhering to maritime regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Yacht Charter Broker or in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the yachting industry, charter markets, yacht types, and major cruising destinations.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of yachting software or booking platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required by client schedules and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in yacht brokerage or maritime services.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, Italian, or Spanish, for servicing international clients.
  • Established network within the yacht industry, with connections to owners, captains, and charter operators.

    We’re looking for a talented CAD Designer to join a leading superyacht design studio in London.

    Famed for their incredible design style, this busy studio has built a strong team and produced award winning yacht designs for many years. With a busy ongoing schedule of projects, they now seek a CAD Designer to join them, tasked with the technical design of their incredible concepts. 

    Joining the London office in a hybrid capacity (minimum 3 days in the office) you’ll work closely with the Directors and design team to:

    – Support the creative teams through the pitch and concept process, generating accurate 2D works to be able to demonstrate spaces and layouts to the client.

    – Turn sketches and high level 3D files into technical drawings.

    – Create elevation plans and GAs.

    – Correctly catalog and store drawings for release during the build process.

    You’ll be joining an existing CAD team and work across a wide range of projects, showcasing a solid knowledge of Autocad and a close eye for detail and accuracy. 

    In our ideal candidate we’re seeking an ambitious junior or mid-level individual with a passion for yacht or high end residential design, capable of driving CAD software to produce accurate documentation. A keen team player you’ll want to be involved throughout the process and support across the organisation when it comes to technical drawings.

      Supporting the company’s Technical & Project Managers, you’ll provide a range of administrative services including document management, report prep and writing, and liaising with external suppliers, clients and stakeholders. You’ll be diligent and organised with strong IT skills and a working knowledge of CRM and QMS software. 

      The company offers mentorship and career development, with a basic salary bracket of 30-35,000 DOE plus a full company benefits package.
