SYR Sign Exclusive Recruitment Agreement With Arrow Monaco

SYR Shoreside Superyacht Recruitment have today (13/07/23) signed an exclusive recruitment agreement with Arrow Monaco, one of the leading international yacht management firms.
Having developed their managed build and operational fleet over the past 3 years, Arrow Monaco have needed to grow their headcount both in Europe and the US to cope with the demands of a busy Superyacht market. Due to a continued high volume of enquiries, it is expected the fleet will continue
growing throughout the 2023/2024 season.
SYR Shoreside Superyacht Recruitment have worked closely with Arrow Monaco on a number of key hires and due to the exceptional service standards offered, both parties have agreed to work together on
an exclusive basis for the coming 12 months, with SYR supporting Arrow Monaco on all recruitment during this period.
A wide range of opportunities from entry level to top level management are expected during this period and SYR will welcome interest from potential applicants to discuss opportunities.
