November saw a bit of a slowdown in applications and new enquiries, however as we’ve entered December the number of new roles and indeed applications has been gather some real pace. We expect to see a very strong finish to 2022 and an equally positive start to 2023.

We have seen a host of new sales roles inbound, showing faith in the long term potential of the market, with clients looking to grow their commercial teams in response to a busy market appetite. Ambitious salespeople required!

Aftersales Technician

I am currently looking for a skilled Marine Engineer/Technician to work as an aftersales technician on a range of motor yachts up to 40m. In this position, you will get to travel to some of Europe’s leading yacht destinations and perform a range of servicing, refit and maintenance tasks.

Working in this environment requires a lot of skill/experience, ideally from a refit or warranty background, there is a great package in place with a company bonus scheme and allowance for overnight stays.

The market for experienced production and project managers is starting to heat up for early 2023 and I have a number of opportunities available throughout Europe, remote and other locations.

Finance Director

I am currently seeking an experienced Finance Director to work with a leading brand within the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the financial operations of this exciting brand with a good knowledge within PE, VC and Corporate Finance.

The role will entail the management and structure of financial operations, along with supporting and providing valued input to the senior management team and further growth of the business.
