Happy 2023! This is the start of a BIG year for SYR.
Ed Ewer has long held a passion for inspiring young people to join the yachting world and we will be working on a number of initiatives this year as we develop our partnership with the UKSA.
Also, in collaboration with the Maritime Training Academy, we will be attending university career fairs. Targetting the next generation, we will be offering, not only careers advice and guidance, but a real insight into the scope of opportunities within the superyacht industry .
We have a couple of exciting projects in the pipeline focusing on diversity. Watch this space.
This year we are the Gold Sponsors for the Young Professionals in Yachting allowing us to engage with the brightest minds to get a fresh perspective on global industry issues.
And we will continue to bring you all together with our Superyacht Supper Club networking events both in the UK and (drumroll…) abroad!
Of course, on top of all of this, Simon, Curtis and Ed will be working with the best companies, sourcing the greatest candidates and posting the most awesome career opportunities.
