We’re into May already and the industry is showing no signs of slowing down. Both yacht management and manufacturing are hugely buoyant, showing that there is still much confidence in the market and its appetite for growth.

Fresh from our first show of the season, attended by Simon Foulkes, SYR are attracting some incredible new opportunities with big industry names and are working to bring our network a continuous selection of challenging and exciting opportunities.

Design, engineering and manufacturing are all looking very good right now. With a wealth of roles in both the UK and mainland Europe, we are noticing a strong appetite from employers to keep their teams growing. With refit starting to cool, we turn our focus to new build and most of our client base are at, or near to, capacity with a steady stream of requirements across their organisations. It seems likely that this won’t slow down until at least Q3, allowing jobseekers optimism towards new opportunities.
