Welcome to the latest SYR View From The Desk

If you would like to receive this update as a monthly email register here.

It was great to get out and about again in April and I attended the South Coast and Green Tech Boat Show for the first time. Whilst I was only there for a few hours, the event seemed to attract quite a lot of visitors and had much on offer, from entry level to 60ft craft on display – one to add to your calendars for next year, perhaps.

I also attended the Palma International Boat Show with Simon Foulkes (Senior Consultant – Management & Brokerage). Luckily I wrote a full report up as soon as it had finished because two bank holidays, a coronation and a week hiking and running Majorca’s highest three peaks makes PIBS seem like a lifetime ago! Here’s the link to my full PIBS report.

As always, we’re here to offer advice and practical recruitment support so if you would like to know more about our services, discuss your career or how we can help grow your business, do get in touch.

TEAM UPDATES

ED | CEO | ed@superyachtrecruiter.com

Freshly back from PIBS and a short break, I see an industry that is buzzing around the start of this summer season.

Whilst my desks focus less around yacht operations, there is still a clear uptick across design, engineering and executive search within the industry and the nervousness we’d seen in the first quarter is all but gone.

It’s looking like 2023 will continue on a steady upwards trajectory this quarter with some exciting new opportunities with new clients.

Senior Interior Designer – London

An opportunity to work with an industry leading brand who operate in both luxury yachting and 5 star cruise ship interior design.

We’re seeking an experienced mid or senior level candidate with a strong interest in being a major part of a very exciting team.

The shoreside market continues to tick over, and whilst it’s not as challenged as Q1 I’m still not seeing the same volume of roles as last year. Clients remain cautious around hiring, and candidates must provide real value in order to secure an offer.

That said, there is still optimism around the market and experience in both sales and charter remain in demand. If you have a strong background in either and are considering career development, then do make contact with me for an informal discussion.

The recent visit to PIBS was enjoyable, a really nice and friendly show this year and a great opportunity to meet up with candidates old and new. Recommended!

Charter Broker

One of yachting’s most adventurous charter brokerages is looking for an experienced Broker to join their team and help deliver unforgettable client experiences!

This is a WFH role with a negotiable package DOE; you’ll already have 3+ years in charter behind you with a track record of success.

CURTIS | Senior Recruitment Consultant – Skilled Trades | curtis@superyachtrecruiter.com

The 2nd quarter of 2023 has been a challenging time in the market, with inflation causing concern for employees and global supply chain issues affecting employers.

At SYR, we have been working hard for both our candidates and clients to help overcome these and other challenges.

In the UK market, I have been working heavily within the servicing and aftersales areas of the industry, particularly keen to speak with Marine Engineers with experience in the servicing and maintenance of inboard/outboard engines – we have several companies looking for this skill set offering good salary packages and relocation assistance/support.

In the EU market, we have continued to supply leading yacht brands with contractors across skilled trades – Carpenters, Electricians and Composite Boat Builders.

We also have some interesting managerial roles available in the UK and Europe for people with a strong boat building background/knowledge, one of these opportunities is included today and my “job of the month”.

Quality & Compliance Manager

A leading Scandinavian boat builder is seeking an accomplished yacht-building professional to join them in a role overseeing quality control and compliance across their range of vessels and manufacturing locations.

Palma International Boat Show Report 2023

  • Posted May 2, 2023

Palma International Boat Show Report

As we now relax and enjoy the Mayday bank holiday, we look back on  PIBS, the first major yacht show of 2023.

Hosted in the centre of one of yachting’s largest European hubs, Palma de Mallorca, the show encompasses two different sub events:

  • Palma Superyacht Village – An event solely focusing on yachts over 30m and their associated supply chain
  • Palma International Boatshow – Focusing on smaller vessels, services and products.

Held over 4 days, the event attracts a wide range of attendees from across the European market and 2023 boasted the highest number of exhibitors and pre-booked attendees since the shows launch.

SYR had two of our team at the event for its duration. Ed Ewer (our CEO) and Simon Foulkes (Senior Consultant – Management & Brokerage). With a number of pre-arranged meetings and four days of ad-hoc opportunities to network both team members were keen to ensure the SYR brand continues to develop across the European market in our key sectors of Management/Brokerage, Design/Engineering and Skilled Trades.

Days 1&2 for both were spent attending pre-arranged meetings, both in the show itself and outside of the venue at STP, one of the regions most prominent refit facilities. With a successful run of appointments, we were able to secure a number of new roles and also agree a number of longer term opportunities to support refit brands in the area later this season once refits begin once more.

Evenings were also put to good use, attending a number of high profile events including the Superyacht Charities Seafarers Supper, one of the events of the show and a chance to both part and network late into the night.

Whilst the weekend days of the show are much more public focussed, strong networking opportunities remained and team SYR were able to pitch our services to an increasing range of local and regional organisations who will likely be looking to make use of  our services in 2023.

With our growing reputation for providing high quality staff to our key markets it was a pleasure to continue to spend time in Palma, where we expect to become the choice of local employers when it comes to supporting recruitment for busy periods. We will be visiting the region on a regular basis to support our client base with temporary and permanent recruitment needs.

Following the event we are looking to speak to individuals from the following backgrounds for current and upcoming vacancies :

  • Sales Brokers
  • Charter Brokers
  • Marine Carpenters
  • Composite Boatbuilders
  • Sales Management

If you’d like to find out more about our latest vacancies please reach out to hello@superyachtrecruiter.com or visit www.superyachtrecruiter.com/jobs

Ship to Shore Career Advice

  • Posted April 28, 2023

Are you looking to make the move from ship to shore? SYR are here to help.

First things first, we’re not a crew agency, in fact we’ve written a whole article about that. However, we are the first dedicated shoreside recruiter in luxury yachting, focusing solely on supporting employers from across the world of yacht design, build, sales, management and supply.

If you’re reading this then it’s very likely that you have worked onboard a superyacht, meaning you will have many transferable skills that are highly sought after in the shoreside superyacht industry.

Yacht crew develop great communication and time management skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing situations. Prospective employers will also appreciate your varied life experiences so think how these could be applied to a future role – this will help to set you apart from other candidates!

If you were a Chief Stew or Purser, you will have managerial skills, people management experience, exceptional attention to detail, great customer service skills and maybe even the ability to speak a second language.

If you worked as a Deckhand, then you will have hopefully developed a great work ethic, take pride in your work, have great problem solving skills and even technical knowledge that may come in useful.

As a Chief Officer or Engineer aboard, you could be ideal for a role within the busy world of yacht management.

One of the unique aspects about working aboard a yacht means that you inevitably learn to work well with others in close quarters. This is good practice in developing working relationships with a high functioning team and a commitment to producing results by working as a team to do what is demanded, especially in high-pressure situations.

Which shoreside jobs could be your first port of call?

Yacht brokerage and charter

Nobody knows yachts better than ex-crew. Working as a Yacht Broker is a role that many ex-ya

chties find themselves in and is seen as a rewarding job after yachting. Given the knowledge you’ve developed in yacht operations, working with the UHNW market and of course selling yourself to potential yachts as employers, you’re already a long way towards being suited to life in sales or charter. These types of roles can be hu

gely financially rewarding and maintain a close contact with clients.

Shoreside office-based roles suitable for ex-interior crew

There are plenty of great roles working for Yacht Management companies or Crew Recruitment companies that actively ask for previous yacht experience so that the employees have a clear understanding of the business needs. Coming ashore from an interior roles opens up one of the largest potential jobs pools, with a massive list of potential lines of work to go into.

Roles can include:

  • Yacht Finance
  • HR
  • Crew Management
  • Yacht Management
  • Marketing
  • Recruitment

Shoreside roles for technical and deck crew

Coming ashore from a role such as Engineer, ETO or a similar deck, technical or engineering role could see you move into a multitude of shoreside roles that will lean on your existing expertise, such as:

  • Project Manager
  • Technical Manager
  • Superintendent
  • Yacht Manager
  • Engineering Management

Senior Crew

Senior crew such as Chief Officers and Captains will usually bring with them the highest range of skills gained from a long career at sea. Whilst it is sometimes the most difficult to transition ashore from roles at these levels, there are a host of rewarding positions on offer.

  • Fleet Manager
  • Senior Yacht Manager
  • DPA
  • Build Consultant
  • Project Manager

Next Steps

SYR can help you identify where your existing skills and experience can take you next. If you want to take a slightly different career path but don’t currently have the requisite qualifications, take a look at our Training Partners the Maritime Training Academy and see what courses they offer. We also recommend taking a look at our CV Advice article.

The SYR team really are here to help so even if we’re not currently advertising a role that interests you, get in touch and we can discuss companies you’d like us to approach on your behalf.

We look forward to speaking to you soon!

Welcome to the latest SYR View From The Desk

If you would like to receive this update as a monthly email register here.

Here at SYR we are waving goodbye to Q1 and careering into Q2!

The team and I have enjoyed some excellent events this month. Simon and I attended the London Superyacht Investor Conference and we all brushed off our smart suits for the Superyacht Charities Ball which, as always, was a fantastic evening. It was great to see so many of my network and to help raise funds for such a great selection of charities.

It’s hard to believe, but the Palma International Boat Show starts in just over two weeks and we’re looking forward to attending one of the first major European yacht shows of 2023. This great event caters for all corners of the superyacht industry and is always well attended, with rumours that this will be the biggest show since its launch.

Simon and I will be at the show for its duration, on hand for meetings both on-site at the show, and to visit a number of our clients based in the local marinas and shipyards. If you’d like to meet to talk all things yacht brokerage, yacht design, yacht management, refit or yacht building then click here hello@superyachtrecruiter.com

With regards to recruitment, we are hearing lots of positive noises from across the industry. Job and candidate registrations are way up and we’re expecting a busy flow of recruitment now through to the summer. If you’re ready to move, now’s the time to chat!

After a rather slow Q1, April is off to a flying start as the industry begins to focus on the Med season. I have been working with more customers across warranty and aftersales. An area that many people “on the tools” can often overlook, we have had great success working with highly skilled Engineers/Technicians facilitating the move out of production and into servicing/warranty.

For those willing and able to live/work in Europe we have plenty of requirements for skilled contractors; Carpenters, Electricians, Composite Boatbuilders and Marine Engineers. If you would like to discuss the job market and/or your career plans, please reach out to me for that initial conversation.

Service Technician

If you have experience in performing aftersales/warranty/repair work from the yachting sector, then this could be an ideal contract role for you.

To help cover the busy summer season we are looking for an all-round boatbuilder to help carry out repair work on finished yachts.

Ideally, you will have experience with composites (GRP finishing and repairs) and either mechanical/electrical/plumbing/carpentry skills.

By joining a team of skilled Service Technicians you will be expected to carry out work to a high standard as owners want the job done right so they can get back in the water ASAP.

The initial contract will be for 3-4 months and depending on the work schedule this could be extended.

We Are Not A Crew Agency

  • Posted March 27, 2023

Before I get started, I should add that there is definitely nothing wrong with crew agencies, we’re just not one.

SYR has just celebrated its second anniversary and I’ve lost track of the number of comments of ‘No thanks, we’re not looking for crew’ or the opposite, ‘I’m after a Chief Stew’ or even the oblivious ‘I didn’t know there was a need for shoreside recruitment in yachting.’.

In summary:

  • No, we don’t recruit crew.
  • No, we don’t recruit for private households.
  • Yes, our logo does look a bit like a sail number.
  • Yes, we recruit designers, brokers, builders and anything else associated with the process of purchasing, designing or building a yacht!

The general point however, is that we aren’t a crew agency. We are the first dedicated shoreside recruiter in luxury yachting. Yes, there are others who dabble as part of a wider organisation, however we focus solely on supporting employers from across the world of design, build, sales, management and supply.

“Our mission from Day One was to provide the perfect recruitment service to shoreside yachting brands, using years of knowledge to network and connect with the best talent from across the international yachting market (and beyond!) to place candidates at any level with new employers” Ed, CEO.

The employment journey ashore is also vastly different to that at sea. Let me show you a few examples:

Time to placement – Crew recruitment is traditionally a high paced process, driven by qualifications and yes, I’m going to say it, how you look! Shoreside recruitment follows a much more traditional pattern. Building relationships, headhunting from similar employers and in our case, looking at where we can potentially transfer candidates in from other industries. It’s a lot more about the long-term character fit with us.  Employers look at how a candidate could progress their career, where extra skills could be utilised and ultimately the return on investment that they could provide.

CV presentation and interviews – When it comes to shoreside employment, we don’t need your photo. We need a detailed document outlining your skills and suitability for the role and, in some cases, proof of achievements or a design portfolio. We provide our clients with detailed profile notes, salary expectations and much more, giving a deeper insight into the candidates’ journey to date and where their sights are set. Have a look at our CV Advice article here.

Bridging skills shortages – Both seafaring and shoreside roles are identifying ongoing skills gaps, with less uptake into yachting roles in all age groups. SYR is working hard to introduce talent from industries such as automotive, aerospace and other exciting sectors, a move that is helping to push innovation in shoreside yachting through projects such as electric craft, foils and new materials usage.

SYR bring together more than 20 years of maritime industry recruitment experience which allows us to offer our clients and our candidates an unrivalled knowledge of the global superyacht market.

From Subcontractors working to build the most luxurious yachts on the planet through to C-Suite Directors, we have a recruitment solution for every employer and indeed every applicant.

Take a look at our Candidate and Employer pages to see how we can support you.

Moving forwards as an organisation, our long-term goals, alongside recruitment, are to secure the longevity of yachting as an attractive employment proposition. We plan to do this through providing more pathways into roles across design and brokerage and through being champions for diversity and inclusion at all levels. With a looming shortage in most sectors, we have to stop talking and start doing!

If you’d like to chat further with us about shoreside recruitment, we’d be happy to help.

View From The Desk – March

Welcome to the latest SYR View From The Desk

If you would like to receive this update as a monthly email register here.

Here at SYR we pride ourselves on engaging with the market on a regular basis, to ensure that our knowledge and awareness of what happens in yachting is as current as it can be.

This week we were in London for the Superyacht Investor event. Attended by individuals from across design, build, brokerage, finance and insurance there were a wide range of discussion points covered. We found particular interest in discussions around the new build journey, the rise of explorer yachts and also the continued successful march of the charter market.

Following the initial address by Burgess, highlighting some interesting industry stats, we spent a lot of the two day event asking attendees their thoughts on the current market.

Whilst many have felt nervous as 2023 began, confidence is increasing and we’re looking towards the market building and growing into the second and third quarters of the year, as the Med season kicks off.

The industry is starting to put the initial shock of the Russian invasion behind it and charge forwards into a new era of yacht owners and charterers.

We’re here to offer advice and practical recruitment support in this ever changing market so if you would like to know more about our services, discuss your career or how we can help grow your business, please get in touch.

TEAM UPDATES

ED | CEO | ed@superyachtrecruiter.com

Yachting continues to get busier and busier as the year progresses and we’re noticing a lot more design projects starting to come online, from new releases in the small craft and tender worlds to major superyacht builds signing off.

Continued appetite from the UHNW market is giving us a busy employment market, with a wide diversity of roles across a number of disciplines. It’s a great time to be considering a move right now!

Senior Design Engineer – Hampshire
A Hampshire-based consultancy are seeking an accomplished Design Engineer to join their busy studio, leading a small team and working across a wide range of projects, including electric craft and superyachts.

SIMON | Senior Recruitment Consultant – Brokerage, Management & New Build | simon@superyachtrecruiter.com

The shoreside job market remained cautious in March, with lots of noise but not much action reflecting the uncertainty being felt across the industry. However, I am seeing a gradual upturn in new roles being released which indicates growing confidence and with the Med season looming into view I’m expecting a flurry of activity as we approach Easter.

I’ve been developing several new recruitment services for clients who want to enjoy predictable outcomes in their searches. Traditional contingent models are becoming less effective in today’s market, with a success ratio of 1:5 and a cumbersome process. If you’d like to learn more about how to hack the recruitment process, please contact me directly to arrange a discovery call.

Sales Officer – South of France
A boutique Yacht Agent with a unique USP is looking for a Sales Officer to help it grow its footprint in the south of France/Monaco. Working with the MD and Country Manager, you’ll identify new opportunities across the Captain, supplier and port/marina markets to develop new business in these areas. With a background in sales, you’ll have a good working knowledge of the yachting industry and fluent verbal and written English. A strong package is available for the right candidate.

The UK job market for production was quite stagnant at the start of the year, which is now picking up, so I have been working with more customers across warranty and aftersales. This is an area that many people “on the tools” can often overlook or not fully explore, we have had great success working with highly skilled Engineers/Technicians facilitating the move out of production and into servicing/warranty. I would encourage people interested in this type of career development to reach out and discuss options in this section of the industry.

Across the EU market, we have secured new supplier relationships with various boatbuilding companies, from high-performance racing yachts to luxury sailing and motor yachts. For those willing and able to live/work in Europe we have plenty of requirements for skilled Contractors; Carpenters, Electricians, Composite Boatbuilders and Marine Engineers. If you would like to discuss the job market and/or your career plans, please reach out to me for that initial conversation.

Marine Engineer – Southampton

Working within an international yacht brokerage providing full refit, repair, maintenance, and servicing support on a variety of motor and sailing yachts. You will be joining a team of skilled Marine Engineers in a fully equipped engineering workshop. The tasks will cover the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical marine systems.

From engines, generators, ancillary items and AC/DC systems, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills with a company which is passionate about your progression. You will be trained through third-party suppliers on all the latest industry equipment and actively encouraged to progress internally. A strong Marine Engineering background is required, ideally from a refit, servicing or maintenance environment.

View From The Desk – February

Welcome to the latest SYR View From The Desk

If you would like to receive this update as a monthly email register here.

Despite January feeling like the longest month ever, here we are in February and this month SYR has a lot to celebrate.

On the 1st February we turned two and, as a result, ate lots of cake whilst reminiscing about how far we’ve come in such a short space of time, as well as getting more excited about what’s still to come.

We also launched out brand new website – take a look around here. Our aim was to provide a site that is easy to navigate, whether you are a prospective candidate or a potential client. We will soon be adding even more features, including an industry event calendar too, so watch this space.

As we continue with our mission to invest in the industry, this month we proudly announced that we are the 2023 Gold Sponsors for the YPY UK, attended the first event of the year and spent time catching up with our fellow sponsors and members.

Last week we joined the Maritime Training Academy at the Southampton Careers Fair and had a really productive day spreading awareness of the scope of roles available and inspiring up and coming graduates to pursue a career in the maritime industry.

And finally, it seems like only five minutes ago that we were shouting about reaching 2,000 followers on LinkedIn and now we are well on our way to 3,500.

If you already follow us we really appreciate your support and if you don’t follow us yet what are you waiting for? FOLLOW US HERE

2023 was a bit of a slow starter in terms of recruitment, with a lot of our clients holding back on making hiring decisions until later in the month. Senior Project Manager (Electro-Mechanical) – Italy
A highly innovative new shipyard in Italy is seeking an accomplished mechanical/electrical engineer to join them to run their new build superyacht. A project that is setting new standards in low emissions yachting, this offers an incredible opportunity for the successful individual to be a part of something that will be hugely publicised once officially launched to market.

Experience working on complex yacht builds is advantageous, as is either being located in Italy or being prepared to relocate from elsewhere. Excellent package and benefits on offer along with an immediate start.

SIMON | Senior Recruitment Consultant – Brokerage, Management & New Build | simon@superyachtrecruiter.com

After the traditionally slow start to the year, the management company space is beginning to move with a selection of roles becoming available in sales, charter and operations. I’d encourage any candidate considering a move to reach out as soon as possible.

Sales Manager – South of France
An international yacht agent is seeking an experienced sales officer to help grow the brand in the south of France. Working as part of the country team on the ground, you will develop new business opportunities by liaising directly with captains, suppliers, port authorities and other key stakeholders. Forming part of a sales team with the country manager and MD, you will proactively look for new ways to develop business through partner events, yacht shows, dock walking and social media.

Yacht industry knowledge is key and a proven track record in sales is required. Previous experience as a yacht agent would be advantageous. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English and French and must be based in the south of France and be able to travel locally. Excellent package and benefits, good career progression.

In the UK market, we are seeing work schedules and production plans for 2023 fall into place. The winter period can be slow-moving for both sides, companies and candidates, it’s good to see this pick up now we are in February with more jobs coming through. In the EU market, we are continuing the supply across several production projects, to fulfil order books and hit project goals.

I am looking to build even stronger teams for our EU customers this year, in 2022 Europe had the largest global market share with 35% of industry revenue coming from the region. If you would like to discuss any of the work available or have a need to hire skilled trades, then feel free to contact me for an initial chat.

Yacht Engineer: Warranty Technician – Southampton

If you know how to fix mechanical and electrical systems on board large yachts and would like to be a travelling trouble-shooter on yachts up to 80ft then this is the job for you. Ideally you will have worked at sea on yachts or have experience in warranty/aftersales with a large yachting brand.

Navigating Graduation

  • Posted February 8, 2023

There are always questions upon graduating university of ‘what do I do next?’ ‘where will my degree take me’ and ‘where do I even begin’. It can be challenging and daunting deciding your next move, however this step may just be the most important one.

It’s tempting to take whatever role first presents itself upon finishing your degree, whether it be relevant to your studies or a completely different avenue. This however, can impact your future applications and chances of getting your foot in the door of your dream career. There are many circumstances which can sway your decision in taking the first offer. Time can be a determining factor and there is always pressure whether it be financial or the location of the job.

During your time at university, placements are a great way to get introduced to your chosen field and make those connections with established industry professionals (which will come in handy post-graduation). Online, training and courses outside of university are also a great opportunity to get familiar and learn those crucial skills needed to progress. Throughout your work experience you can gain insights into these prestigious companies and see what life after university could look like.

Most employers do look for relevant experience to the role you are applying for and once you deviate from your desired path it can be hard to find your way back. It unfortunately always poses the question of why have you chosen to go down a different route to your education. Like the reasons listed above, you cannot always help taking a role which may not align with your studies, after all your 20’s should be about making mistakes, finding what you are really passionate about and deciding what you want to do in the future.

It isn’t easy to come straight out of university and land your dream job, it is almost unheard of. However there are certainly ways to increase your chances:

Do your research – learn about the companies and their missions, what your average day could look like if you worked there and the responsibilities they hold.

Experience – whilst studying do as many placements and as much work experience as you can, this is your chance to explore those various avenues and find your niche.

‘Job Hopping’ – try to avoid multiple, short term roles in different sectors, this is off putting for employers in terms of commitment and loyalty to a company.

Network – always take any opportunity to go to networking events, shows and lectures, (they are usually free and open to the public!) Make connections with industry professionals in person and on sites such as LinkedIn, in most businesses it’s ‘who you know’ which gives you the real advantage.

Recruiters are also not the enemy, as a young professional I see disheartened graduates almost every day. We are here to help you find your dream job or at least the stepping stone to it, not to waste your time. I advise candidates who are currently studying or approaching graduation on everything mentioned above and more, I urge you to persevere through your studies and seek help if you are unsure on what to do next. The world after all, is our oyster.

If you would like to discuss your next step then get in touch!

Happy 2nd Birthday To SYR!

  • Posted January 31, 2023

It’s hard to believe that two years have passed and SYR is celebrating its 2nd birthday! It has been an incredible journey so far, incredibly rewarding for the majority and incredibly stressful at times, but that’s the joy of owning your own business, right?

In February 2022, on our first birthday, I said that “We want to challenge the industry. We want to give back and support the grassroots side of yachting. We want to grow, continuing our international presence and offering flexible and relevant services not only in recruitment but in data, surveys and marketing support.”

I’m proud and amazed that we’ve achieved all of that and so much more! In the last 12 months we have:

  • played a key role in one of the industry’s largest research projects on diversity and inclusivity within the superyacht world, in collaboration with Boat International.
  • pledged a £21,000 donation to UKSA to work with them over the next three years as they support young people, particularly from diverse backgrounds, to discover and hopefully pursue a maritime career.
  • partnered with YPY UK giving us a relevant platform to offer advice, guidance and open up opportunities to the up and coming talent in the industry.
  • attended 17 industry events.
  • increased revenue by nearly 50%.
  • helped over 100 candidates across four continents find a new career.
  • connected with over 2,000 new followers on LinkedIn (hello to the 3,000+ people following our journey!).
  • engaged, as a team, with a collective 42,000+ industry professionals on LinkedIn.
  • successfully launched the Superyacht Supper Club,
  • created a brand new website that makes navigating the recruitment process a whole lot easier, whether you are looking to hire or seeking your next role.

None of this would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the SYR team who have consistently been doing what they do best; working with the finest companies, sourcing the greatest candidates and posting the most awesome career opportunities.

My vision has always been to shake up the superyacht recruitment industry and it really feels like SYR is more than just a Shoreside Superyacht Recruiter now.

Here’s to many more years of growth and success!
